  My response is intended as a reply to Apryl Knode. My family owns this business and has rave reviews from the great majority of people in our town and all the surrounding towns. We have had a problem with you every single time you have ordered. You will always be one of those customers that cannot be pleased no matter what we do. We absolutely believe in fair customer service, but even when we explain things to you you still call and complain. You're always overtly sweet when you come in, but we can guarantee you'll call back in fifteen minutes with some new complaint like clockwork (and have a nasty attitude to go with it). You've told me once before that you'll never be back because I wouldn't give you free food for something that we discussed when you came to pick up. So I guess we're back to never seeing you again. I apologize that we've messed up your order, but you complain so much we started taking pictures of every step of your order before and after baking. You are what we consider a problem customer who is constantly seeking ways to get free food and it will not be tolerated. We've also talked to other restaurants and they've said the same thing about you. You forgot to mention the times that we have given you your food for free after you've complained. In hindsight that was a huge mistake. Being nasty and leaving bad reviews for issues that YOU make up is not a very good way to make us want to correct an issue. If you weren't a constant complainer, we absolutely would have corrected our mistake. It boils down to this: you simply cannot be pleased as a customer. We do not wish to ever do business with you again.

  I used to be a very loyal customer. I lived in town so we ordered a lot. Since I have moved out of town getting their food was a treat since we had to travel to pick it up. I stopped going because they messed my order up and refused to do anything unless they got my food back. So they wanted me to drive back to their town waste my gas again for food they screwed up and just wouldn't say hey next time that food is on us sorry. They didn't even call me back like they were supposed to. I'll never go again sad really all over poor management.
